Weekly Community Cooking Classes Workshops Around the Kitchen Table Edge Hill Fall Forward QLD

At Fall Forward, we are excited to offer group activities designed to support participants with psychosocial disabilities in building capacity, developing new skills, and fostering social and emotional wellbeing.

Our group activities are designed to create a welcoming space where participants can grow, connect, and thrive.

Cooking Classes

Join us every Thursday for our Cooking Classes, where participants will learn practical cooking skills, boost independence, and enjoy connecting with peers in a fun and supportive environment.

2 session times every Thursday!
1st of May: Mango + white choc muffins
8th of May: Homemade pizza
15th of May: Homemade meat pies

Session 1: 9am – 12pm
Session 2: 1pm – 4pm
